The one-hour session starts with an interview and an Ultimate Golf Lesson Bio-Mechanic Screen to give us a blueprint of who you are and what you can bio-mechanically do. Tina will use launch monitors, video and 3D Force Plates if needed to identify fixes for you to leave your session improved!
